Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor at MAC Cosmetics, you will be an integral part of a passionate and creative team that is dedicated to helping customers look and feel their best. Responsibilities:

1. Provide exemplary customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their beauty and makeup needs.
2. Maintain current product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers.
3. Prepare merchandise for sale and maintain an organized and inviting store environment.
4. Accurately ring up customers’ purchases and manage cash and credit card payments.
5. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and products in the beauty and makeup industry.
6. Engage customers to understand their individual needs and recommend suitable products.
7. Support in-store events and promotions.
8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
10. Assist with other tasks as needed.
