Airport Coordinator

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a knack for anticipating customer needs and providing an exceptional customer service experience. The Airport Coordinator will be responsible for managing store operations, driving sales, and creating a positive shopping experience in the airport.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of two years of retail management experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. You must be able to multitask and remain calm under pressure while managing competing priorities. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent customer service, problem-solving, and people management skills. Responsibilities:

• Train and manage store personnel to ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Monitor store operations, analyze sales performance, and identify areas of improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Create a positive shopping experience for customers in the airport.
• Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and implement promotional and marketing campaigns to drive sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and order stock as necessary.
• Assist in the recruiting and hiring of new airport personnel.
• Develop and maintain relationships with airport staff and key contacts.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and develop strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
