Project Manager

Assume full ownership of projects, working closely with Executive Sponsor and Business Owner. Collaborate with cross functional teams to establish project plans for both process and systems implementation projects. Successfully manage deliverables to milestone dates and escalate issues as needed Track, follow-up and secure timely resolution of project issues. Facilitate change management process as it relates to project scope and requirements Build communication plans and collaborate with stakeholders to create effective training and internal communications for projects. Drive cross functional efforts to solve business problems. Champion project management best practices and methodology on all projects. Perform data analysis in support of project performance and to assist in business decisions. Conduct current vs. future state mapping for key process changes. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
