Job Description

Manage a portfolio of training programs by maintaining content accuracy, improving delivery and pivoting strategy to align with product evolution. Identify training needs with Client Success leaders to refine training portfolio and improve delivery and survey client-facing teams to uncover additional needs based on customer feedback. Leverage industry trends to consult partners on training strategies. Develop engaging learning content to improve onboarding and client engagement, drive product adoption using various mediums including videos, webinars, community articles, guides and job aids. Convert sophisticated technical information into understandable resources for a diverse audience. Create enablement tools for Client Success teams to educate clients on product and program standard methodologies and maintain additional supporting tools including job aids and forms.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of developing a variety of training content for a diverse audience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a fast-paced commercial products or SaaS environment

  • Experience using different web conferencing tools such as WebEx and Zoom.

  • Proven track record of balancing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fact-paced environment.
