Job Description

Responsible for the development, execution and management of new/existing Insurance partnerships to meet or exceed revenue objectives. Foster, maintain and grow strong relationships, that can translate into successful joint endeavors. Recruit new Insurance Channel Partners, and new lines of business within existing Channel Partner network. Leverage cross-functional Lytx teams to support joint marketing activities, training on Lytx solutions, support and development of sales incentive programs, and reporting on partner success criteria. Manage relationships between Lytx sales and Channel Partner; communicating details on partnership program and rules of engagement. Facilitate product and sales training to Channel Partners, ensuring they understand our product and how to sell it.

Job Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of business development, partner or client management experience, previous telematics experience preferred

  • Insurance industry/partnerships a plus.

  • Self-starter and team player with the ability to execute strategy in diverse, fast paced environments

  • A strong understanding of industry drivers, market conditions and knowledgeable about the competitive landscape.
