Reliability Engineer

At LyondellBasell Industries, we are looking for a highly qualified and motivated Reliability Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a B.S. degree in engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance and/or reliability engineering in a continuous process industry. This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment. You must also have a proven track record of driving safety and reliability improvements in a challenging manufacturing environment. You should be a self-starter, who can take initiative and can quickly understand complex issues and develop creative solutions to them. Additionally, you should be able to confidently present technical information to a wide range of stakeholders.
