- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to forecast workforce demand and identify potential gaps or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives and incorporate them into workforce planning processes.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and other external factors to inform workforce planning decisions.
- Work closely with HR and recruiting teams to ensure timely and effective hiring and onboarding processes to meet workforce demand.
- Continuously review and refine workforce planning processes to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Communicate and present workforce planning data and insights to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to address workforce demand fluctuations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in workforce planning.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in workforce planning and make recommendations for their implementation at Lyft.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Planning, Demand Forecasting, Or Capacity Planning.
Experience Working In A Global Environment And Understanding Of International Workforce Dynamics.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Large Sets Of Data.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
