- Maintain a thorough understanding of Workday and utilize the platform to its full potential to support compensation and performance initiatives.
- Create and implement processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely delivery of compensation and performance programs.
- Act as a subject matter expert on compensation and performance practices and provide guidance to HR team and managers.
- Monitor market trends and best practices to ensure company remains competitive in terms of compensation and performance.
- Lead and manage compensation and performance projects, including communication, training and implementation.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure understanding and support of compensation and performance initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure consistency and alignment of compensation and performance strategies with overall HR goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and performance and ensure company compliance.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior HR team members on compensation and performance practices.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, to present data and recommendations.

Extensive Experience With Workday: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Workday, Specifically In The Areas Of Compensation And Performance Management. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Workday's Functionality, Configuration, And Integration Capabilities.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Compensation And Performance Processes: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Compensation And Performance Management Processes, Including Job Evaluation, Salary Planning, Bonus Administration, And Performance Reviews. They Should Also Have Experience Implementing These Processes In A Workday Environment.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Workday Compensation & Performance Lead Will Be Responsible For Leading The Implementation And Ongoing Maintenance Of These Modules At Lyft. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Proven Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Timelines, Resources, And Deliverables.
