  1. Develop and implement effective compensation and performance management strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead the development and execution of compensation and performance programs using Workday, ensuring they are competitive, fair, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Conduct regular analysis of compensation and performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and HR, to ensure alignment and consistency in compensation and performance management practices.
  5. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in compensation and performance management, and make recommendations for incorporating them into the company's programs.
  6. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and performance-related matters.
  7. Monitor and track the effectiveness of compensation and performance programs and make adjustments as needed.
  8. Ensure timely and accurate administration of compensation and performance processes, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and performance evaluations.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as compensation survey providers and performance management software vendors.
  10. Train and mentor other HR team members on Workday compensation and performance management processes and best practices.
  11. Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior leadership on compensation and performance management initiatives and outcomes.
  12. Manage and oversee the work of any direct reports, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  13. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
  14. Continuously review and improve Workday compensation and performance processes to streamline and increase efficiency.
  15. Represent the company's compensation and performance management philosophy and values to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Compensation And Performance Management Role, Preferably With Workday Software.

  • Strong Understanding Of Compensation Principles And Practices, Including Pay Structures, Market Analysis, And Incentive Plans.

  • Experience Leading And Implementing Workday Compensation And Performance Modules, Including Configuration, Testing, And Training.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
