As the Vendor Operations Lead Mapping, you will play a pivotal role in mapping out and managing our vendor operations to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery to our valued customers.   • Develop and implement strategies for effectively managing vendor operations and ensuring high-quality service delivery to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts and managing vendor performance
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize vendor operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Experience, Finance, and Legal, to ensure alignment and efficiency in vendor operations
  • Monitor and track vendor performance against key performance indicators and take proactive measures to address any issues or gaps
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of vendor processes to ensure compliance with company standards and policies
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline and enhance vendor operations
  • Train and mentor vendor operations team members on best practices and procedures
  • Serve as the main point of contact for vendor-related inquiries and escalations, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to vendor operations and incorporate them into the company's operations strategy.

  • Experience In Vendor Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Vendor Relationships And Driving Operational Efficiencies. They Should Have Experience In Negotiating Contracts, Monitoring Performance Metrics, And Resolving Any Issues That May Arise.

The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Expectations, Provide Regular Updates, And Build Trust With Key Stakeholders.

  • Customer Experience Focus: The Primary Responsibility Of This Role Is To Ensure A Seamless And Positive Customer Experience Through Efficient Vendor Operations. The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Customer Needs And Be Able To Develop Strategies To Improve Customer Satisfaction.

  • Project Management Experience: This Role Involves Coordinating With Various Teams And Stakeholders To Execute Projects And Initiatives Related To Vendor Operations. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Project Management, Including Defining Project Plans, Setting Timelines, And Managing Budgets.
