  1. Oversee and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring that funds are available for daily operations and long-term investments.
  2. Monitor and analyze financial market trends to make strategic decisions regarding investments and risk management.
  3. Develop and implement cash management strategies and policies to optimize liquidity and minimize financial risk.
  4. Manage relationships with financial institutions and negotiate favorable terms for banking services.
  5. Forecast and report cash flow projections to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for cash management strategies.
  6. Conduct regular audits of treasury operations to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  7. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely recording of cash transactions.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for cash management.
  9. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in treasury management, and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Train and mentor junior treasury staff members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  11. Participate in strategic financial planning and budgeting processes, providing insights and recommendations based on cash flow forecasts.
  12. Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as financial advisors and auditors.
  13. Communicate with senior management and stakeholders on the company's financial status and provide recommendations for improvement.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to treasury operations.
  15. Proactively identify and mitigate potential financial risks and recommend solutions to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Treasury Management, Preferably At A High-Growth Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets, Cash Management, And Risk Management.

  • Experience With Managing And Forecasting Cash Flow, Debt Financing, And Investment Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
