- Develop and implement trust and safety policies and strategies for the Lyft community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that trust and safety policies are integrated into product development and operations.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential risks and areas for improvement in the Lyft platform.
- Communicate and educate internal teams on trust and safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing trust and safety measures and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to trust and safety.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on trust and safety matters, providing guidance and support to other team members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement and other external partners to address safety concerns.
- Continuously assess and enhance the customer and driver experience in regards to trust and safety.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers and analysts working on trust and safety initiatives.
- Drive data-driven decision making by setting clear metrics and objectives for trust and safety initiatives.
- Represent Lyft in industry events and conferences related to trust and safety.
- Foster a culture of safety and trust within the Lyft community.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to trust and safety.
Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Products In The Tech Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Trust And Safety Best Practices: The Staff Product Manager Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Trust And Safety Principles And Best Practices, Particularly In The Context Of A Transportation Or Sharing Economy Company.
Strong Analytical And Data-Driven Mindset: This Role Will Involve Making Data-Informed Decisions And Measuring The Impact Of Product Changes. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Analytical Skills And Be Comfortable Working With Large Datasets.
