  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the payment experience at Lyft, in line with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in the payments landscape to inform product decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to define and prioritize payment product features and enhancements.
  4. Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality payment solutions.
  5. Define and track key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to continuously improve the payment experience.
  6. Work closely with the finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  7. Communicate updates and progress on payment initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  8. Lead user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve upon payment products.
  9. Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to optimize payment processes and capabilities.
  10. Mentor and guide other product team members, providing support and expertise in the payments domain.
  11. Stay current on emerging technologies and innovation in the payments space and explore potential partnerships and opportunities for Lyft.
  12. Identify and address any potential risks or issues related to payment products and proactively develop solutions to mitigate them.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
  14. Represent the company and the payment product at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Launching Successful Payments Products In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Expertise In Payments Industry: A Deep Understanding Of The Payments Industry, Including Emerging Trends, Technologies, And Regulations, Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Payment Providers And Understanding Customer Needs In This Space.
