- Design and implement data protection and encryption protocols.
- Keep up-to-date with industry security standards and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.

- Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends in the field of security and make recommendations for implementation.
- Uphold the company's values and ensure that all security measures align with the company's mission and goals.
- Work with the legal and compliance team to ensure all security measures are in line with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members to ensure a strong and capable Integrity team.
- Actively contribute to the overall growth and success of Lyft by constantly improving and optimizing security processes and protocols.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Software Development Principles And Best Practices, Including Agile Methodologies And Test-Driven Development.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Professional Experience In Software Development, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
Experience With A Variety Of Programming Languages, Such As Java, Python, Or Javascript, And Proficiency In Writing Efficient And Maintainable Code.
Demonstrated Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects In A Deadline-Driven Environment, While Maintaining A High Level Of Attention To Detail And A Commitment To Delivering High-Quality, Bug-Free Code.
