- Develop and maintain Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems to support the financial planning and analysis processes of the company.
- Design and implement new EPM solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy of financial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EPM systems.
- Perform system upgrades and enhancements to ensure the EPM systems are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for EPM systems and processes.
- Conduct regular performance tuning and optimization to improve system performance.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Oracle EPM to recommend and implement new technologies and processes.
- Train and mentor junior team members on EPM systems and processes.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate new technologies and solutions into the EPM systems.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all EPM processes and systems.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline EPM processes and increase efficiency.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to EPM technology and systems.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand business needs and provide status updates on EPM projects.
- Take ownership of EPM projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Extensive Experience With Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (Epm) Suite, Including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, And Financial Reporting.
Strong Understanding Of Finance And Accounting Principles, With The Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Epm Solutions For Complex Business Processes And Financial Reporting.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues Related To Epm Applications.
Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment, With Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills.
