Extensive Experience With Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (Epm) Suite: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Hands-On Experience In Implementing And Managing Oracle Epm Solutions, Including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, And Financial Management.
Strong Technical Skills: The Senior Oracle Epm Engineer Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Oracle Epm Architecture, Database Management, And Data Integration. They Should Also Have Experience With Scripting Languages Such As Sql, Pl/Sql, And Shell.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Delivery: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Delivering Successful Oracle Epm Projects, With A Focus On Meeting Deadlines And Delivering High-Quality Solutions. Experience With Agile Methodology Is Preferred.
Knowledge Of Financial Planning And Analysis: The Senior Oracle Epm Engineer Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Financial Planning And Analysis Processes, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Reporting. Experience With Financial Modeling And Scenario Analysis Is A Plus.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Finance, It, And Business Stakeholders. Experience In A Client-Facing Role Is Preferred.
