  1. Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of drivers and passengers.
  2. Lead and manage a team of safety specialists to execute safety initiatives and programs effectively.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with external safety organizations and regulatory agencies.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of safety data and trends to identify potential risks and implement preventative measures.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety protocols into company operations and processes.
  6. Monitor and track compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  7. Oversee incident response and investigations, ensuring timely and appropriate actions are taken.
  8. Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees and drivers.
  9. Regularly review and update safety policies and procedures to align with industry best practices.
  10. Develop and maintain a crisis management plan to handle emergency situations.
  11. Manage safety-related budgets and resources effectively.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends related to safety.
  13. Represent the company in safety-related meetings, conferences, and events.
  14. Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  15. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote safety initiatives and programs to the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Safety Operations, Preferably In The Transportation Or Ride-Sharing Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Transportation Safety, Including Osha, Dot, And Fmcsa.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team Of Safety Professionals.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Safety Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Effectively With All Levels Of The Organization.
