  1. Develop and implement comprehensive and innovative consumer communication strategies that align with Lyft's brand vision and messaging.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of communications professionals to ensure successful execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually evolve and improve communication strategies.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and other external partners to secure impactful coverage and partnerships.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer experience, to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
  6. Manage and oversee all aspects of consumer communication campaigns, including budget, timelines, and measurement of success.
  7. Identify and seize opportunities for Lyft to engage with and elevate the voices of diverse consumer groups.
  8. Act as a spokesperson for the company, effectively communicating key messages and representing the brand in media interviews and public appearances.
  9. Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to inform future communication strategies.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve communication processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Consumer Communications: A Senior Manager At Lyft Should Possess At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Consumer Communications, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Developing And Executing Effective Communication Strategies.
