- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and AI technology advancements to continuously improve and elevate Lyft's visual brand.
- Take a lead role in driving the overall visual direction and strategy for the company, while maintaining brand consistency.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure that illustrations align with the overall creative vision and messaging of the company.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior illustrators, helping them develop and grow their skills.

They Should Be Able To Demonstrate Their Ability To Create Visually Appealing And Impactful Designs.
Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite And Other Design Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Advanced Skills In Adobe Creative Suite, Including Illustrator, Photoshop, And Indesign. They Should Also Have Experience Working With Other Design Tools And Software Used In The Industry.
Knowledge Of Design Foundations And Ai Transformation: The Senior Illustrator Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Design Foundations And How They Apply To Ai Transformation. They Should Have Experience In Using Ai And Machine Learning Tools To Enhance And Improve Design Processes.
