  1. Develop and implement training programs and resources to enhance sales team's knowledge and skills in utilizing technology and sales techniques.
  2. Collaborate with sales leaders to identify areas for improvement and create targeted training plans to address them.
  3. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of sales team to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  4. Create and maintain a repository of sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, case studies, and competitive analysis.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and sales strategies.
  6. Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members to improve their sales performance.
  7. Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights to sales leadership.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and apply them to improve processes and strategies.
  9. Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the company to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

Job Qualifications
