  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall rider experience on the Lyft platform.
  2. Conduct market research and gather feedback from riders to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and operations, to develop and launch new features and enhancements.
  4. Analyze data and metrics to track the success of new features and identify areas for further improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure that Lyft remains at the forefront of the ride-sharing market.
  6. Work closely with the operations team to ensure that rider experience initiatives align with business goals and objectives.
  7. Communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders and gather feedback to continuously improve the rider experience.
  8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Lyft’s products, services, and overall business to inform product decisions.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns to promote new features and drive rider engagement.
  10. Act as a representative for the rider experience team, advocating for the needs and wants of riders within the company.
