
Paralegal, Litigation & Employment

- Conduct legal research and analysis to support attorneys in their cases and advise on potential legal risks and liabilities.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and motions, and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents, including electronic databases and physical files.
- Coordinate and communicate with outside counsel, court personnel, and other internal departments to gather and exchange information.
- Conduct internal investigations and assist in responding to government inquiries and requests for information.
- Monitor and track litigation matters and maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Provide support in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Assist in the preparation of witness and exhibit lists and participate in witness interviews and depositions.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company and provide recommendations for compliance.
- Participate in meetings and discussions with internal teams to provide legal guidance and advice.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Legal team.
Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or A Related Field.
Prior Experience Working In A Law Firm Or Corporate Legal Department, With A Focus On Litigation And Employment Law.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Including Title Vii, Ada, Fmla, And Flsa.
Excellent Research, Writing, And Communication Skills.
Ability To Manage Multiple Cases And Deadlines, While Maintaining Attention To Detail And Confidentiality.
