
Junior Account Manager, Healthcare & Community Access

- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities and community organizations to ensure efficient and effective transportation services are provided to those in need.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all healthcare and community access accounts, managing their needs and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase ridership and improve the overall experience for our healthcare and community access customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any operational challenges or opportunities.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with accounts to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Coordinate and schedule transportation services for individuals with special needs, including those with disabilities or limited mobility.
- Create and maintain accurate records of account information, including contact information, trip data, and billing details.
- Provide training and support to new account managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage healthcare and community access accounts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into account management strategies.
- Represent Lyft at conferences, events, and meetings to promote our services and build relationships with potential healthcare and community access partners.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Sales Or Account Management Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Landscape And Community Access Programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Healthcare Providers And Community Organizations.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Focus On Promoting Community Access And Healthcare Partnerships.
