Establish a financial framework with various project inputs and requirements across a diverse set of partner teams. Build/Validate complex financial models, for large scale fleet acquisition/pilot programs (e.g. buy vs. lease vehicle) Establish financial metrics to determine vehicle profitability (Gross profit margin, ROI, etc.). Actively manage and report on fleet unit profitability (VIN level P&L) Lead fleet planning and share between lines of business to determine the optimal point in the vehicle life cycle to transition vehicles. Work with technical accounting to provide fleet related analysis such as quarterly residual value adjustments, impairment, etc. Provide accounting team with monthly loan/lease activity inputs. Develop financial goals, re-forecast, and objectives for the team Develop policies and procedures for operational efficiency. Monitor and manage expenses within the established budget.
