- Schedule Management: Manage and maintain the schedules of the leadership team, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and events are accurately and efficiently organized.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas and materials, and facilitating logistics for both in-person and virtual meetings.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team, including managing emails, preparing reports and presentations, and handling incoming calls and correspondence.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between the leadership team and other departments, as well as external stakeholders and clients, communicating information effectively and efficiently.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing company events, such as team meetings, off-site retreats, and conferences.
- Confidentiality: Handle all confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Organization: Maintain organized and accurate records, both physical and digital, and ensure all documents and files are easily accessible.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts, issues, and challenges that may arise in the day-to-day operations of the leadership team.
- Strategic Thinking: Use strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to anticipate the needs of the leadership team and provide support accordingly.
- Team Player: Collaborate with other Executive Business Partners and administrative staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations and provide support to other team members when needed.
- Time Management: Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure all deadlines are met and tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Experience and Knowledge: Utilize a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Business Partner to bring a high level of expertise and knowledge to the role.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing business environment, adapting to new situations and tasks quickly and efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the job, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks
Strong Communication Skills: An Executive Business Partner At Lyft Must Possess Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Executives, Cross-Functional Teams, And External Partners.
Executive Support Experience: Candidates For This Role Should Have Previous Experience Providing High-Level Support To C-Suite Executives. This Includes Managing Calendars, Scheduling Meetings, And Coordinating Travel Arrangements.
Project Management Skills: As An Executive Business Partner, You Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects And Initiatives Simultaneously. Therefore, Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines, Are Essential For Success In This Role.
