- Define and prioritize project goals and objectives, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new opportunities for collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders and make data-driven decisions to address any challenges.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top engineering talent to support team growth and development.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to engineers when needed.
Extensive Experience In Engineering And Project Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Engineering And Project Management, With A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Understanding Of Rider Segments And Partnerships: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Various Rider Segments And Partnerships Within The Transportation Industry. This Knowledge Will Be Essential In Identifying And Developing Strategic Partnerships To Drive Growth And Enhance Customer Experience.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As An Engineering Manager For Rider Segments & Partnerships, The Candidate Will Be Required To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Product, Operations, And Marketing.
