- Develop and lead a team of engineers responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our matching algorithms.
- Ensure the efficient and accurate matching of riders with drivers, optimizing for factors such as location, availability, and rider preferences.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the technical performance of our matching algorithms, staying up-to-date on industry developments and incorporating best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and designers, to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support in their technical and professional growth.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, and regularly evaluate and provide feedback on their performance.
- Drive the technical direction for our matching algorithms, making strategic decisions to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
- Work closely with other engineering managers to ensure consistency and alignment across teams.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments related to transportation and matching technologies, and apply relevant knowledge to our platform.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Management Role Within The Engineering Industry
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams
Proficient In Project Management Methodologies And Experience Leading Large-Scale Engineering Projects
Knowledge And Experience In The Transportation Or Ride-Sharing Industry, Preferably With A Focus On Innovative Technology Solutions
