- Analyze and report on the success of communication campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future improvement.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the field of product and brand communications.
Extensive Experience In Product & Brand Communications: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Product And Brand Communications, Preferably In The Tech Or Transportation Industry. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of How To Create And Execute Effective Communication Strategies That Align With Business Goals.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills: As The Director Of Product & Brand Communications, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Crafting And Delivering Key Messages To Various Stakeholders, Including Customers, Media, And Internal Teams. Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.
Experience Managing A Team: This Role Will Involve Managing A Team Of Communications Professionals, So Experience In A Leadership Or Management Position Is Crucial. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Building And Leading High-Performing Teams, As Well As Mentoring And Developing Team Members.
Strategic Thinker: The Director Of Product & Brand Communications Will Be Responsible For Developing And Implementing Communication Strategies That Support Lyft's Overall Business Objectives. This Requires A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Solve Complex Problems.
Branding And Marketing Expertise: As A Key Representative Of Lyft's Brand, The Director Of Product & Brand Communications Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Branding And Marketing Principles.
