- Develop and implement top talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top technology talent from around the world.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the tech industry and use this knowledge to inform recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop recruitment plans to support company goals.
- Create a diverse and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development for early talent.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners such as universities, coding bootcamps, and other tech organizations to source top talent.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and manage recruiting budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective recruitment strategies.
- Stay updated on legal and compliance requirements for recruiting and ensure all recruiting practices are in compliance.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting a positive image and reputation to potential candidates.
- Develop and implement early talent strategies, including internships, co-ops, and entry-level hiring programs.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Extensive Experience In Global Technology Recruiting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Recruiting Top Talent In The Technology Industry On A Global Scale. This Includes Experience In Sourcing, Screening, And Closing Candidates At All Levels, From Entry-Level To Executive Positions.
Strong Understanding Of The Technology Landscape: As A Director Of Global Technology Recruiting, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Trends And Developments In The Technology Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Emerging Technologies, Industry Best Practices, And Competitive Landscape.
Proven Leadership And Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Recruiters And Early Talent Specialists. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Building And Managing High-Performing Teams, As Well As The Ability To Develop And Implement Recruiting Strategies.
Experience With Early Talent Programs: In Addition To Experienced Hires, The Director Should Also Have Experience With Early Talent Programs, Such As Internships, Co-Ops, And Graduate Hiring. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Campus Recruitment Strategies And The Ability To Develop And Execute Effective Early Talent Programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Global Role, The Director Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Diverse Stakeholders, Both Internally And Externally. This Includes The Ability To Build Relationships With Senior Leaders, Hiring Managers, And Candidates From Different Backgrounds And Cultures.
