- Conduct research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to pay, integrity, and identity, and conduct research to inform decision-making and policy development.
- Communicate findings: Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive understanding and decision-making.
