  1. Develop and implement data-driven algorithms to optimize the driver incentive strategy.

  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable algorithms.
  4. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of driver incentives program, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.

  6. Communicate complex data analysis and algorithms in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  13. Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
  14. Mentor and coach junior data scientists on the team, helping them develop their skills and expertise.
  15. Represent the company at conferences and events, showcasing the impact of our algorithms on the ridesharing industry.
