  1. Analyze large data sets and identify insights to optimize fleet and driver operations.
  2. Use data-driven recommendations to improve business outcomes and drive operational efficiencies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data strategies.
  4. Communicate complex data analysis and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Utilize expertise in data analysis techniques and tools to drive key business decisions.
  6. Monitor and track key performance metrics related to fleet and driver operations.
  7. Identify areas for improvement and provide proactive solutions based on data analysis.
  8. Work closely with the Operations and Product teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  9. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and communicate performance metrics.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and operations management.
  11. Collaborate with Data Engineering team to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  12. Train and coach team members on data analysis techniques and tools.
  13. Proactively identify and address data quality issues.
  14. Present findings and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
  15. Continuously improve and optimize data processes and workflows.
  16. Contribute to the overall data and analytics strategy for the Fleets and Driver Operations division.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Data & Analytics Specialist, Fleets And Driver Operations At Lyft Must Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Be Able To Interpret And Analyze Large Datasets, Identify Trends, And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
