Accounting Manager, Global Consolidations

Lead Global consolidations process. Ensure Financials statements are prepared as per US GAAP. Collaborate and align business partners to obtain required financial information. Lead improvements to make processes more efficient and effective. Review journal entries and account reconciliations, as well as preparing and/or reviewing financial reporting and flux analysis Maintaining the integrity of the global chart of accounts and related cross mapping to legacy ERPs. Responsible for ensuring that intercompany transactions have been appropriately implemented and executed per the existing intercompany agreements. Ensure Foreign exchange impact is appropriately accounted and reviewed for accuracy. Responsible for validating system interfaces and troubleshooting consolidation general ledger issues while working with IT. Responsible for identifying and implementing process and system improvements with the goal of decreasing days to close, while also improving team efficiency and scalability.
