We are looking for a person who is passionate about creative and innovative design, and strives to create unique and inspiring retail spaces.The Shop and Space Planning Designer will be responsible for developing and implementing creative shop and space concepts for LUSH stores globally. The successful candidate will need to have a strong eye for design, excellent project management skills, and a solid understanding of the retail industry. In addition, we are looking for someone with a passion for sustainability and the environment.The ideal candidate should have an undergraduate degree in interior architecture, spatial design, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in retail shop and space planning. Knowledge of 3D CAD software such as SketchUp, Vectorworks, and AutoCAD is required. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement creative shop and space concepts for LUSH stores globally.

4. Utilize 3D CAD software such as SketchUp, Vectorworks, and AutoCAD.
5. Demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
6. Monitor the progress of all shop and space planning projects and ensure deadlines are met.
7. Research and analyze current trends in retail shop and space design.
8. Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
9. Develop and present shop and space planning concepts to management.
10. Develop innovative solutions to improve shop and space planning processes.
