They possess a strong customer service orientation and can easily build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the perfect products.The Sales Ambassador should have a minimum of one year’s experience in sales, preferably in a cosmetics or beauty related environment. They should have a flair for fashion and beauty, an eye for detail and be able to provide a high level of customer service. Responsibilities of a Sales Ambassador at LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience • Understand customer needs and recommend the perfect products • Keep up to date with the latest products, trends and promotional campaigns • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets • Monitor and maintain display areas to ensure they are neat and attractive • Demonstrate a high level of customer service and professionalism • Handle multiple tasks and use initiative to problem solve • Contribute to creating an inspiring and positive work environment • Work as a team player to ensure the success of the business
