Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure customer satisfaction and sales targets are met.
2. Recruit, train, and motivate sales associates to ensure they are knowledgeable on product lines and customer service standards.
3. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
4. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
5. Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
6. Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory as needed.
7. Create and update reports, analyze data, and prepare presentations for management.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Act as a role model for staff and provide feedback on performance.
