Floor Leader

Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
2. Supervise and motivate retail staff to maximize productivity and ensure customer satisfaction
3. Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
4. Train and develop retail staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver outstanding customer service
5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
6. Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as necessary
7. Ensure the store is clean and organized and all displays are set according to company standards
8. Assist in the preparation of daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
9. Participate in store promotions and events
