Floor Leader

The ideal candidate for this role will be a team player who is passionate about our products and providing an exceptional shopping experience.The Floor Leader will be responsible for leading the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales goals. They will provide leadership and guidance to team members, as well as creating an inviting atmosphere for customers.To be successful in this role, the Floor Leader should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are also essential for this position. Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities:

3. Monitor the performance of sales associates and offer guidance and support to improve their performance.
4. Create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
5. Maintain store standards and ensure cleanliness of the store.
6. Monitor and control inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
7. Utilize strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage daily tasks.
8. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
10. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
