As a Floor Leader, you will be responsible for motivating and leading our retail teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail environment and a proven ability to lead and motivate teams. 4. Ensure store standards are met and maintained.
5. Implement customer service strategies and initiatives.
6. Develop team members’ capabilities and ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
7. Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is adequately replenished.
8. Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members.
9. Generate and analyze sales reports.
10. Address customer complaints and inquiries.
