As a Floor Leader, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and coaching a team of dynamic individuals to ensure that customers have the best shopping experience possible.We expect our Floor Leaders to have excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. You should have at least 3 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on customer service. Experience with a high-end brand is preferred. Our Floor Leaders must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and be able to effectively handle customer complaints and inquiries.You should have a genuine passion for LUSH’s unique products and people-oriented approach. We’re looking for someone who is creative, organized, and dedicated to providing a superior shopping experience to our customers. 8. Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in the retail industry.
9. Develop creative strategies to promote LUSH’s unique products and people-oriented approach.
10. Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales.
