The ideal candidate is an energetic team player with a strong sense of customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem solve.This position requires an individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the cosmetics industry. Our Floor Leader should have a deep understanding of our products and the ability to confidently and accurately answer customer questions. 6. Train and develop staff to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
7. Ensure a safe and pleasant shopping environment for customers.
8. Maintain organized and well-stocked sales floor.
9. Track sales performance and analyze data to identify areas of improvement.
10. Develop and implement promotions to boost sales.
