3. Train and assist team members in providing excellent customer service.
4. Monitor and manage team performance to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Create a welcoming atmosphere and build relationships with customers.
6. Identify opportunities to promote brand awareness and increase sales.
7. Support the team in providing accurate information about products and services.
8. Monitor inventory levels and ensure merchandise is stocked and replenished as needed.
9. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
10. Ensure store policies and procedures are followed.
