Job Description

At LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics, we are looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated Compensation Program Manager to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for developing and executing highly effective compensation strategies that support our organizational goals. To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of five years of experience as a Compensation Program Manager or in a related field. You should have a proven track record of creating innovative pay and benefit programs, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. You must also have a comprehensive understanding of current compensation trends and government legislation. In addition, experience in overseeing the performance management process and managing stakeholders is essential.We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude, a creative mindset, and a collaborative spirit.   12. Assist in the development of annual salary budgeting
