As a Service Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience and ensuring the store runs smoothly. Responsibilities:
-Provide outstanding customer service to all customers -Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers -Utilize excellent communication skills to address customer needs and inquiries -Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner -Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff -Multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding environment -Assist in keeping the store organized and running smoothly -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store policies and procedures -Train and educate new staff members on store policies and procedures -Monitor store operations and report any discrepancies to management
