Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers upon arrival, answer customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
2. Utilize a customer-centric approach to ensure all customer needs are met.
3. Monitor store sales and promotional items to ensure customers are informed of new products and services.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
5. Assist customers with checkout processes and provide personalized service.
6. Ensure that all customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
7. Monitor and replenish store inventory and stock shelves as needed.
8. Follow all health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
9. Remain knowledgeable of store policies, new products, and promotions.
10. Participate in team meetings and provide ideas and suggestions for improving customer service.
