
Service Specialist
Lucky Supermarkets is looking for a Service Specialist who will provide excellent service to our customers and ensure our store is running smoothly. The ideal candidate must possess a passion for customer service, be able to multitask, and have a knack for problem solving. If you are an upbeat, team-oriented individual with a "can-do" attitude, we want to hear from you! The successful candidate will be expected to have the following qualifications: • At least two years of customer service experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • A positive, friendly, and professional attitude • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized • A valid driver’s license • Basic knowledge of computers and ability to learn new systems quickly • Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide helpful assistance.
- Answer customers’ questions and address any complaints in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with product selection and checkout process.
- Ensure shelves are stocked with products and are properly labeled.
- Assist with unloading and stocking shelves with inventory.
- Monitor store traffic and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure store safety regulations are being followed.
- Maintain cleanliness of store areas and restock as necessary.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Follow store policies and procedures.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Assist with training new staff members.
- Assist with other duties as needed.
