Multi-Purpose Clerk

Lucky Supermarkets is searching for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Multi-Purpose Clerk to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is committed to helping Lucky Supermarkets provide the best shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of customer service experience, and a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
2. Assist customers with locating products and providing product information.
3. Stock shelves and rotate products.
4. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
5. Ensure shelves and aisles are clean and tidy.
6. Process returns and exchanges.
7. Receive, unload, and process deliveries.
8. Assist other departments with projects and tasks.
9. Follow all safety and security protocols.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
