Director, IT Applications

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-oriented Director of IT Applications to join the team at Lucky Supermarkets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the IT applications team, and ensuring the successful delivery of all IT applications projects. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful projects in the IT applications space, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. The Director of IT Applications must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in the IT applications space. They must have a proven track record of successful project delivery, as well as experience leading and managing teams. The successful candidate must also possess excellent problem-solving skills, be a creative and analytical thinker, and be highly organized and detail-oriented. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage the IT applications team, ensuring successful delivery of all IT applications projects.

4. Provide problem-solving solutions, creative and analytical thinking, and detail-oriented work.
5. Utilize excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate team members.
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT applications trends and best practices.
8. Act as a mentor and guide to junior team members.
9. Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
