
Dept Specialist Key Carrier
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organized Department Specialist Key Carrier to join our team at Lucky Supermarkets. In this role, you’ll take on an important role in our organization, ensuring that our customers have a great shopping experience. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and loves to work in a fast-paced environment. If you’re passionate about helping customers find what they need and have the qualifications outlined below, we’d love to have you join us!To be successful in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in customer service and retail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. You should also be proficient with computer software, including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems. Responsibilities:
-Welcome customers to the store, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service -Stock shelves and ensure that the store is organized and neat -Manage inventory, place orders, and receive shipments -Operate the point-of-sale system, process payments, and handle returns -Track store sales and generate reports -Train, supervise, and coach team members -Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures -Troubleshoot customer service issues and resolve customer complaints -Participate in special projects and promotional activities
