Center Store Manager

We at Lucky Supermarkets are looking for an experienced and motivated Center Store Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: -Manage all operations of center store categories, including grocery, dairy, frozen, and deli -Train and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service -Ensure store operations run efficiently -Develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and profitability -Maintain inventory levels and manage stock rotation -Monitor store performance and take action as needed to ensure the store meets sales goals -Develop and implement store policies and procedures -Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations -Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement -Provide leadership and motivate team members to ensure a positive work environment
