Job Description

We at Lucky Supermarkets are looking for an experienced and motivated Center Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a passion for providing excellent customer service. You should have extensive experience in the retail industry, particularly in managing center store categories such as grocery, dairy, frozen, and deli. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills in order to effectively manage a team and ensure that store operations are running efficiently. Responsibilities: -Manage all operations of center store categories, including grocery, dairy, frozen, and deli -Train and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service -Ensure store operations run efficiently -Develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and profitability -Maintain inventory levels and manage stock rotation -Monitor store performance and take action as needed to ensure the store meets sales goals -Develop and implement store policies and procedures -Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations -Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement -Provide leadership and motivate team members to ensure a positive work environment
